Responsibilities

• Manage applicant database (HR Smart).
• Coordinate candidate travel and interviews.
• Partner with staffing agencies to build temp pool.
• Coordinate temporary staff sourcing, offers and onboarding.
• Oversee new hire onboarding, orientation, and paperwork.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll and departments on onboarding.
• Manage Employee Referral Program.
• Generate and maintain regular recruiting reports.
• Oversee department budget and invoicing.
