Job summary

NAOVI is seeking a Scrum Master to oversee software and infrastructure projects, coordinating sprint activities, status updates, and risk management. You will serve as a liaison between customers and teams, ensuring alignment with the agency PMF and ATO processes.

This is an onsite role in Virginia, requiring active TS/SCI w/FS polygraph and no sponsorships. The candidate will manage multiple high-visibility projects, coordinate testing and deployments, and produce regular reports for

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/ FS polygraph is required.
• No clearance sponsorships offered.
• Experience leading an Agile development team.
• Experience working with senior-level customers for updates & prioritization.
• Experience running daily scrum meetings.
• Experience using Jira for backlogs, portfolios, products, sprints.
• Experience creating sprint plans.
• Experience producing weekly reports.
• Experience scoping work and estimating effort (t-shirt sizing).
• Ability to monitor multiple concurrent projects and manage risks.
• Experience coordinating test resources and deployments.
• Experience reporting system status and deployments to production.
• Experience managing enterprise projects using PMF and Agile methodologies.
• Experience handling multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
• Experience accrediting projects with ICD-503 and obtaining ATO.

Responsibilities

• Oversee software and infrastructure project efforts as Scrum Master.
• Serve as secondary POC to customer and report team status to stakeholders.
• Manage demand for development work and prioritize with management.
• Coordinate test resources and deployments with other groups.
• Communicate progress and risks to customers, stakeholders, and teams.
• Lead enterprise project management across multi-disciplinary teams under PMF.
• Maintain sprint plans, burn-down charts, and status reporting.
