Job summary

NAOVI (Novel Applications, Inc.) is seeking a Scrum Master who will serve as a secondary point of contact to the customer for oversight of software and infrastructure project efforts. The Scrum Master will work with the management team to manage development demand, report project status to stakeholders, and communicate with mission partners.

Responsibilities include running daily scrum meetings, coordinating test resources, and driving agile processes within a multi-disciplinary team under PMF

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/FS polygraph is required.
• Must have demonstrated Agile/Scrum leadership experience.
• Experience leading Agile development teams with senior customers.
• Experience running daily standups and sprint planning.
• Proficient with Jira for backlog, portfolio, product and sprint management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master; act as secondary POC to customer on software/infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with management to manage development demand and report status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate test resources and deployments with other groups.
• Lead enterprise-level projects using PMF and Agile Project Management methodology.
• Identify risks and coordinate mitigation and communicate with customer and team.
