Job summary

NAOVI is seeking an IT Program Manager who will serve as Technical Delivery Manager (TDM). The candidate will be the primary POC to the agency regarding oversight of all software and infrastructure project efforts for this position. The TDM shall manage demand for development teams, report to stakeholders on team status, and communicate internally and externally to mission partners.

Required: Active TS/SCI w/FS polygraph, U.S. citizenship; No sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an Agile development team.
• Experience reporting to senior stakeholders and partners.
• Ability to identify risks and implement mitigations.
• Experience with enterprise IT projects across multiple teams.
• Experience with accreditation processes and ATO for IC/government projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Technical Delivery Manager and primary POC to the agency.
