Job summary

NAOVI Novel Applications Inc. seeks an IT Program Manager (TDM) to serve as the technical delivery manager for agency projects. The role is the primary POC, overseeing software and infrastructure efforts, reporting status, and coordinating with mission partners.

Ideal candidates hold an active TSSCI wFS polygraph, US citizenship, and proven Agile leadership experience, with strong Jira and stakeholder communication skills to drive multiple concurrent programs to successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Active TSSCI wFS polygraph required.
• US citizenship required.
• Experience leading an Agile development team.
• Experience presenting to senior staff with status updates and prioritization.
• Proficient with Jira for backlog/portfolio management and sprint planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all software and infrastructure project efforts as the primary POC to the agency.
• Manage demand for development teams and report team status to stakeholders.
• Communicate across mission partners and internal teams.
• Guide projects through PMF/Agile Project Management framework and accreditation processes.
