Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a vibrant educational setting near Springfield, MA for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract role is open to licensed SLPs and CF-SLPs, with onsite work required.

Responsibilities include evaluations, IEP development, and direct therapy, in collaboration with teachers and interdisciplinary teams. Interviews are conducted virtually via Teams; onboarding is supported.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts SLP license or CF-SLP eligibility.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Ability to provide speech and language therapy to students.
• Proficiency with evaluations, assessments, and IEP development.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers and interdisciplinary colleagues.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

This full-time contract opportunity is open to both licensed SLPs and clinical fellows (CF-SLP) seeking to create meaningful change in the 20262027 school year. You will deliver critical speech and language services exclusively on-siteremote and SLPA applicants are not eligible for this role.

What Were Seeking:

• Active Massachusetts SLP license/certification or CF-SLP eligibility
• Experience working in school-based settings preferred
• Demonstrated skill in providing speech and language therapy to students
• Proficiency with evaluations, assessments, and IEP development
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, special educators, and interdisciplinary colleagues
• Strong communication and organizational abilities

This role is available to begin ASAP and continues through June 2027.
