Job summary

Bechtel is seeking an Onsite Falsework Coordinator to support the project scaffold and formwork management program. You will manage material transactions, inventory records, requisitions, and asset reporting for project site scaffold/formwork assets, reporting to the Yard Operations Supervisor.

You will coordinate with project supervision, engineering, procurement, and suppliers to ensure timely material availability and safe, efficient asset use, maintaining stock levels and adhering to safety

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in material control, warehousing, scaffold or formwork operations, construction logistics, or related field.
• Experience maintaining inventory records in industrial or construction environments.
• Ability to work full-time at a project site and meet safety/training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and material-handling requirements; participate in daily safe work planning.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, issue, return, transfer, and shipment of scaffold/formwork materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and auditable transactions.
• Conduct physical inventories, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate material identification, staging, and storage per requirements.
• Monitor quantities, location, utilization, and demand to ensure availability.
• Assist with requisitions and maintain stock levels.
• Provide training to yard personnel and support site work instructions.
• Prepare reports on material movements, inventory, and demand fulfillment.
• Utilize tools/plants like ToolHound and FormWorX for inventory and reporting.
