Job summary

Bechtel is seeking an Onsite Falsework Coordinator to support scaffold and formwork management for a major project in Clay, NY. You will manage materials, inventory records, requisitions and reporting for BEO-owned assets at the site, coordinating with supervision, procurement, warehouse and suppliers to ensure timely availability and safe asset use.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience, or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in material control, warehousing, scaffold or formwork operations, construction logistics, or related field.
• Experience maintaining inventory or material-control records and using computerized systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and material-handling rules and maintain a clean scaffold/formwork yard.
• Coordinate receiving, inspection, storage, issue, return, transfer, and shipment of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and auditable transactions in project systems.
• Perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and report losses or damages.
• Coordinate material staging, racking, storage, and utilization planning.
• Prepare reports on material movements, inventory, and demand fulfillment.
