First Roles is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support New York State government technology initiatives. The role focuses on gathering requirements, translating them into Salesforce-ready specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.

The ideal candidate will have proven Salesforce BA experience, strong documentation skills, and stakeholder management abilities. This is an onsite contract role for 36 months in the NJ/NY area.

Formación

• Experience supporting Salesforce implementations or enhancements.
• Strong Salesforce CRM, workflows, reports, dashboards, and processes.
• Ability to document requirements and create user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
• UAT support, defect tracking, and requirements traceability.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements via stakeholders and workshops.
• Translate requirements into user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and use cases.
• Collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, architects, and QA to align solutions.
• Support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce modules.
• Create process maps and workflow diagrams; manage prioritized requirements.
• Assist in UAT planning, test scenarios, and defect validation.
• Facilitate status reporting and change management with stakeholders.
