Qualifications

• Previous customer service, cashiering, sales support, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP or POS systems such as JD Edwards is an asset.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering and leaving the branch.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently per policies.
• Handle cashiering duties, including receipts, refunds, and deposits.
• Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks.
• Answer incoming calls, take messages, and assist with inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service and a positive experience.
• Maintain showroom, inventory, and checkout area cleanliness.
• Utilize ERP/POS systems and Microsoft Office.
