Job summary

Mueller, now part of the Cornerstone Building Brands family, is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. This is a fully onsite role supporting branch operations, customer service, and the sales team in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.

Greet customers, process transactions, assist with ERP/POS systems, and help keep the showroom organized while delivering excellent service and accurate administrative support.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, cashiering, sales support, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with computers, email, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with ERP or POS systems such as JD Edwards is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic mathematical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a moderately fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering and leaving the branch.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cashiering duties, including receipts, refunds, and deposits.
• Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks.
• Answer calls, take messages, and assist with customer inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service and a positive experience.
• Maintain showroom organization, inventory, and checkout area cleanliness.
• Utilize ERP/POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Assist with coding and general office support tasks.
• Perform additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
