Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar operational support role.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with formulas, data validation and lookups.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Professional written and verbal communication, polished phone presence.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support daily sales operations including reporting, transaction coordination, and database maintenance.
• Assist with trade-desk activities by reviewing pricing and coordinating with vendors.
• Prepare and maintain monthly sales reports and performance tracking.
• Track account activity, funding information, incentives, and data updates.
• Manage incoming emails, customer-facing communication, and scheduling as needed.
• Create and maintain SOPs and process documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and workflows.
• Support recruiting coordination and sales-team initiatives as needed.
