Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Leader to oversee on-site sales performance across multiple locations in the Columbus area. The role offers a base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 plus an incentive bonus plan tied to site performance.

This fully onsite position requires regular presence across locations and involves developing front-line Sales Counselors, guiding the team, and ensuring exceptional client experience. Travel to events and local offices may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2C industry.
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Proven leadership ability, excellent customer service, sales and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and train sales personnel; handle employee relations and performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales staff to attain sales goals.
• Monitor location production and develop the sales team.
• Provide direction in hiring, promotion, and training of staff.
• Ensure effective presentations to current and potential clients.
• Communicate with other departments to support location needs.
• Evaluate sales activity daily to recommend best practices.
• Coordinate employee scheduling to ensure coverage at all times.
