Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to oversee onsite sales across multiple locations. The role leads Sales Counselors, drives performance, and ensures a compassionate, customer-focused experience for families in need.

Onsite presence across locations is required, with a base salary of $65,000–$75,000 and a performance bonus plan tied to site results. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of sales experience, 1 year in supervision, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with proven track record, preferably in a B2C industry.
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Proven leadership ability, excellent customer service, sales and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and train sales personnel; handle employee relations and performance issues.
• Capable of developing new methods to increase sales in a competitive environment.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends; valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Able to travel to potential clients' homes within the geographic region served.
• Obtain any relevant professional licensing within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with sales staff to ensure attainment of sales goals.
• Monitoring production at location and developing the sales team.
• Providing direction in hiring, promotion, and training of staff, ensuring policy compliance.
• Ensures the best possible results from presentations to current and potential clients.
• Communicating with all departments to support location needs.
• Daily evaluations of sales activity and providing recommendations.
• Coordinating employee scheduling to ensure coverage at all times.
