Everstory Partners in Charlotte, NC is seeking a fully onsite Sales Leader to drive sales performance across multiple locations. You will develop our front line Sales Counselors and lead initiatives to deliver a customer-focused experience, helping families at a difficult time.

This role requires 3+ years of sales, 1 year of supervisory experience, and willingness to travel locally. The position offers a base salary between $65,000 and $75,000 plus an incentive bonus plan tied to site

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2C industry.
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Proven leadership, excellent customer service, and communication skills.
• Must possess valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Willing to travel regionally and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead the front-line Sales Counselors to drive performance.
• Collaborate with sales staff to meet and exceed goals.
• Monitor location production and develop the sales team.
• Direct hiring, promotion, and training of staff.
• Present to current and potential clients to maximize outcomes.
• Coordinate scheduling to ensure coverage.
• Travel to client homes as required.
