Job summary

Everstory Partners in Scranton, PA is seeking a fully onsite Sales Manager to lead sales performance across multiple locations. The role offers a base salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 plus an incentive bonus plan tied to site performance.

As Sales Manager you will develop frontline Sales Counselors, drive a customer-focused experience, and collaborate with staff to achieve goals. Occasional evenings/weekends may be required; travel within the geographic region is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of sales experience with proven track record, preferably in a B2C industry.
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Proven leadership ability, excellent customer service, sales and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and train sales personnel; can appropriately handle employee relations and performance issues.
• Able to travel to potential clients homes located anywhere in the geographic region served by the location.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with sales staff to ensure the attainment of sales goals.
• Monitoring production at location and developing the sales team.
• Providing direction in the hiring, promotion, and training of assigned staff, ensuring company policies are followed.
• Ensures the best possible results from presentations to current and potential clients.
• Communicating frequently with all departments to ensure support of location needs.
• Daily evaluations of sales activity in order to provide recommendations and best practices.
• Coordinating employee scheduling to ensure coverage at all times.
