Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking an onsite Sales Manager to lead performance across multiple locations in the Pittsburgh area. You will develop frontline Sales Counselors, drive outcomes, and ensure a compassionate, customer-focused approach to every interaction.

You will oversee hiring, training, and scheduling, monitor location metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent service while meeting revenue goals. Travel and evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with proven track record, preferably in a B2C industry.
• 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Proven leadership ability, excellent customer service, sales and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and train sales personnel; handle employee relations and performance issues.
• Ability to travel to potential clients homes within the geographic region served.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with sales staff to ensure attainment of sales goals.
• Monitoring production at location and developing the sales team.
• Providing direction in hiring, promotion, and training of staff; ensuring company policies are followed.
• Ensures the best possible results from presentations to current and potential clients.
• Communicating with all departments to support location needs.
• Daily evaluations of sales activity with recommendations and best practices.
• Coordinating employee scheduling to ensure coverage at all times.
