Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Business Consultant to identify and cultivate new business opportunities within a designated territory. This on-site role involves proactive prospecting and managing the full sales cycle.

You will negotiate pricing, finalize client service agreements, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline. Frequent domestic travel and collaboration with cross-functional teams are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; experience preferred.
• At least two years of sales experience preferred.
• CRM experience with Salesforce or similar preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license for travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients and finalize agreements.
• Maintain accurate new business paperwork and weekly activity reports.
• Travel domestically to meet clients, attend conferences and events.
