Job summary

Terranea Resort is seeking a Sales Coordinator (On Site) to assist Sales Managers and Executive Teams in selling group business from a national market. The role handles administrative support, proposal creation, and client communications while maintaining strong relationships with DH&R and national contacts.

The candidate will manage site tours, contracts, and inquiries, ensuring professional representation of the Resort.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Industry certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer general sales line and qualify inquiry calls for distribution to the correct sales manager.
• Create written correspondence to customers.
• Create proposals for Sales Managers when requested.
• Set up site inspections with on-site communication and follow-through.
• Maintain communication with National Sales Managers for accurate follow-up and closure.
