Job summary

Terranea Resorts on the Rancho Palos Verdes peninsula seeks a Sales Coordinator (On Site) to support Sales Managers and Executive Meetings Managers in pursuing group business from a national market. You will prepare proposals, contracts and client communications, answer phones, and qualify inquiries for proper routing to the right sales manager.

You will coordinate site inspections, manage communications, and input contracts in Delphi, Cvent, and Knowland while representing the resort

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• College degree preferred.
• Industry certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer the general sales line and qualify inquiry calls for distribution to the correct sales manager.
• Create written correspondence to customers.
• Create proposals to be sent by Sales Managers when requested.
• Set up site inspections with appropriate on-site communication, planning and follow through.
• Maintain continuous communication with National Sales Managers regarding follow-up and closure.
