Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety.
• Professional safety certification (e.g., CSP, CIH) is a significant advantage.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and NFPA regulations.

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs aligned with regulations and GM standards.
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Investigate workplace incidents and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Provide expert guidance to management and employees on all safety aspects.
• Deliver safety training covering hazard recognition, emergency preparedness, and safe work practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and other departments to integrate safety into projects.
• Monitor safety performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend program improvements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports related to safety incidents, inspections, and training.
