Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety or Construction.
• 3–5 years of Safety experience, or 5 years in electrical trade.
• 4th year apprentice or above.

Responsibilities

• Monitors compliance with OSHA, MSHA, DNR, and other agencies.
• Collaborates with Safety Dept to improve onsite safety and health.
• Interfaces with customers and contractors to promote safety practices.
• Leads toolbox talks and risk management discussions.
• Acts as primary safety contact for onsite issues.
• Performs safety audits and implements corrective actions.
• Maintains safety stock and supports on-site personnel.
• Trains employees in safety practices and onboarding.
• Conducts accident investigations and recommends corrective actions.
• Performs drug testing processes as required.
• Provides guidance on employee health, safety, and environment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
