Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Safety Manager to formulate, coordinate, and lead safety and loss control on construction sites.

The role requires knowledge of federal safety regulations, proficiency with PC and MS Office, and the ability to operate various construction equipment. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Safety or Construction and have 3–5 years of safety experience or 5 years in the electrical trade; travel is 60–75% with a flexible schedule to cover early

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety or Construction is required.
• 3–5 years of Safety experience OR 5 years in electrical trade.
• 4th year apprentice or above.
• Travel 60–75%.
• Flexible schedule with hours 6 AM–6 PM, Mon–Fri; may include nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitors compliance with OSHA, MSHA, DNR and other agencies.
• Collaborates with Safety Department to improve onsite safety and overall safety.
• Interfaces with customers and contractors to ensure best safety practices and consistent health, safety, and environmental approach.
• Leads or facilitates daily Operational Risk Management and toolbox talks.
• Acts as primary onsite safety contact for issues or concerns.
• Performs jobsite safety audits and initiates corrective actions.
• Maintains stock and orders safety supplies for projects.
• Provides on-site personnel support.
• Assists in task safety analysis and pre-planning.
• Trains employees in company safety practices (Aerial Lift, Forklift, New Hire Safety).
• Completes and tracks safety communications (toolbox talks, safety plans, forms, correspondence).
• Conducts accident investigations and recommends corrective actions.
• Performs drug testing (pre-employment, random, for-cause, post-accident).
• Guides field employees, project supervisors, and management on health, safety, and environmental matters.
• Performs additional related duties as required.
