Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks an Onsite Safety Manager to develop and coordinate safety and loss control for construction projects. The role requires a Bachelor's in Safety or Construction and 3–5 years in safety, or 5 years in the electrical trade, with 60–75% travel. Work between 6 AM and 6 PM, with possible nights/weekends.

You will liaise with OSHA, MSHA, and customers to ensure best safety practices, conduct audits, and train teams on safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety or Construction.
• 3–5 years of Safety experience.
• Or 5 years of experience in the electrical trade.
• 4th year apprentice or above.
• Travel 60–75%.

Responsibilities

• Monitors compliance with OSHA, MSHA, DNR and other agencies.
• Collaborates with Safety Department to improve onsite safety.
• Interfaces with customers and contractors to promote safety and environmental practices.
• Leads toolbox talks and active risk-management discussions.
• Serves as primary contact for onsite safety issues.
• Completes safety audits and implements corrective actions.
• Maintains safety stock and orders supplies.
• Trains staff in safety practices including aerial lift and forklift.
• Prepares safety documentation and site plans.
• Investigates accidents and recommends preventive actions.
• Conducts drug testing programs as required.
• Advises on employee health and safety matters.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
