Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Safety Manager to lead safety and loss control on construction projects. The role requires strong knowledge of federal safety regulations and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders onsite.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of safety experience or 5 years in the electrical trade, plus a Bachelor's degree in Safety or Construction, and is willing to travel 60–75% with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Safety or Construction.
• Experience: 3–5 years of Safety experience or 5 years of electrical trade.
• 4th year apprentice or above.

Responsibilities

• Monitors compliance with OSHA, MSHA, DNR and other agencies.
• Collaborates with Safety Department to improve onsite safety.
• Interfaces with customers and contractors to ensure health, safety and environmental standards.
• Leads toolbox talks and participates in daily risk management.
• Serves as primary contact for onsite safety issues.
• Performs safety audits and ensures corrective actions.
• Maintains safety supplies stock and orders.
• Trains employees in aerial lift, forklift and new hire safety.
• Conducts accident investigations and recommends corrective action.
• Conducts drug testing (pre-employment, random, for-cause, post-accident).
• Provides guidance on employee health and safety matters.
• Performs other related duties as required.
