Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Safety Manager to develop, implement, and coordinate safety and loss control functions on construction sites.

Proficiency with PC tools and knowledge of federal safety regulations and electrical construction practices are preferred. The role requires 60–75% travel, a bachelor’s degree in safety or construction, and 3–5 years of safety experience or 5 years in the electrical trade.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety or Construction required.
• 3–5 years of safety experience or 5 years in electrical trade.
• 4th year apprentice or above considered.
• Familiarity with federal safety regulations and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with OSHA, MSHA, DNR and similar agencies.
• Collaborate with Safety Department to improve onsite safety and company safety.
• Interface with customers and contractors to promote best safety practices.
• Lead toolbox talks and participate in risk management meetings.
• Serve as primary onsite safety contact and conduct safety audits.
• Maintain safety supplies and support on-site personnel.
• Train employees in aerial lift, forklift and new hire safety onboarding.
• Conduct accident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
