Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Safety Manager for projects across sites in Indiana.

The role focuses on developing and coordinating safety and loss control functions onsite, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulations, and protecting workers on construction and electrical projects. The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Safety or Construction, 3–5 years of safety experience or 5 years in the electrical trade, and the ability to travel 60–75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety or Construction is required.
• 3–5 years of safety experience or 5 years in electrical trade.
• 4th year apprentice or above preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors compliance with OSHA, MSHA, DNR and other regulators.
• Collaborates with Safety Department to improve onsite safety.
• Interfaces with customers and contractors to ensure safety practices.
• Leads toolbox talks and risk assessments for site activities.
• Conducts safety audits, investigates incidents, and recommends corrective actions.
• Trains employees in safety practices and operational procedures.
