Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks an Onsite Safety Manager to develop and coordinate safety and loss control functions on our energy and construction projects. You will enforce federal safety regulations and lead by example to safeguard personnel and equipment onsite.

The role requires 4th year apprentice or higher or 5 years electrical trade experience, plus 60–75% travel. Expect a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on prevention and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Safety or Construction required.
• 3–5 years of Safety experience or 5 years in the electrical trade.
• 4th year apprentice or above.
• Travel: 60-75%
• Flexible schedule with hours 6 AM–6 PM, Mon–Fri; nights, weekends or holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with OSHA, MSHA, DNR and other regs.
• Collaborate with Safety Department to improve on-site safety.
• Interface with customers and contractors to promote safety practices.
• Lead toolbox talks and participate in risk management meetings.
• Serve as primary contact for on-site safety issues.
• Complete safety audits and ensure corrective actions.
• Maintain safety stocks and procure supplies.
• Assist with task safety analysis and pre-planning.
• Train employees in safety programs (Aerial Lift, Forklift, New Hire).
• Prepare and submit safety communications and site plans.
• Investigate accidents and recommend prevention actions.
• Conduct drug testing (pre-employment, random, for-cause, post-accident).
• Provide guidance on employee health, safety and environmental concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
