Job summary

Revlon is seeking a Safety Engineer to serve as the site safety authority at the Oxford, NC manufacturing facility. You will lead risk-reduction programs, engage with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance, and drive life-critical safety controls across processes.

Responsibilities include leading PHAs/JHAs, risk analyses, and safeguarding improvements, with on-site, full-time presence. Strong industry knowledge and certifications preferred for this critical role.

Qualifications

• <<Bachelor's degree>> in Safety-related field, CSP/CIH or equivalent certification preferred, with 5–7 years experience.
• Experience applying safety standards in manufacturing environment; familiarity with hazard analysis and risk reduction.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-level safety assessments and drive corrective actions using hierarchy of controls.
• Lead PHAs, What-If/Checklist reviews, JHAs/JSAs, and risk-ranking activities for operations.
• Identify serious injury exposure risks and verify effectiveness of engineering controls.
