Job summary

Diebold Nixdorf, Incorporated is seeking an on-site maintenance professional to service DN products such as safes, vaults, and teller equipment. You will respond to service calls, perform basic maintenance, and coordinate with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in Service Operations Security with strong business English skills and a commitment to safety and quality in fieldwork.

Qualifications

• Education or equivalent work experience required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in Service Operations Security.
• Good business English skills (Written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance and repair of DN products including safes, vaults, and locks.
• Respond to service calls accurately and timely, prioritizing SLAs.
• Assist with basic maintenance such as cleaning, drilling, lock replacement.
• Maintain bolt work and time locks on safes and vaults.
• Maintain ATM Cencon locks and mechanical/electrical locks.
• Provide key duplication and lock core replacement.
• Maintain after-hour depositories, VAT units, drive-up windows, drawers and windows.
• Escalate equipment discrepancies to the proper support team.
• Contact customers to set appointments and update on progress.
