Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Installs, debugs and provides maintenance for hardware and software on customer premises.
• Schedules services and completes required paperwork; ensures customer satisfaction with service delivery and product understanding.
• Performs hardware repairs and preventive maintenance per documented procedures.
• Trains customers on usage of installed hardware and software.
• Participates in regular trainings and KPI initiatives.
