Job summary

Diebold Nixdorf, Incorporated is seeking an on-site maintenance specialist to service and repair products, including safes, vaults and teller equipment. You will respond to service calls, perform basic maintenance, and support lock-related tasks on assigned systems.

You will lead basic service activities, manage parts inventory, and coordinate with customers to ensure efficient, accurate repairs and understanding of product operations. Strong English communication is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Education or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Service Operations Security.
• Good business English skills (Written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Responds to service calls and performs a full range of maintenance related duties on assigned products.
• Plays a lead role in provision of basic services, including Cleaning, drilling and lock replacement for safe deposit boxes and under counter teller equipment.
• Maintaining bolt work and time locks on safes, chests and vaults.
• Maintaining ATM Cencon locks and mechanical and electrical combination locks.
• Providing key duplication and lock core replacement.
• Maintaining after-hour depositories, VAT units, drive-up windows, drawers and sliding windows.
• Handles customer calls, asking questions and actively listening to ensure understanding of reported issues / concerns.
• Schedules time on customer premises and may attend customer meetings and delivery training to ensure operational understanding and product optimization.
• Maintains proper inventory levels to reduce excess inventory and return visits due to missing / incorrect parts.
