Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Installs, debugs and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software on customer premises.
• Schedules services and completes paperwork ensuring customer satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.
• Performs hardware repairs at a component level and carries out preventive maintenance per procedures.
• Trains customers on usage and operation of installed hardware and software.
