Job summary

Locus Robotics is seeking an Onsite Support Engineer, Robotics, to be the face of our robotic fleet at a Las Vegas customer site. This role demands hands-on troubleshooting, operational problem solving, and strong customer interaction to ensure peak robot performance.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, 1+ years in warehouse ops or robotics, and a proactive, analytical mindset. Onsite work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, in Las Vegas, NV.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field.
1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, robotics, automation, or technical customer-facing roles.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into operational improvements.

Responsibilities

Serve as onsite owner of the Locus robotic fleet, monitoring system health and throughput.
Proactively manage and optimize workflows to hit KPIs.
Troubleshoot and repair robots onsite to maintain uptime.
Conduct onsite testing, validation, and performance analysis for product development.
Provide structured feedback on system performance, usability, and edge cases.
Collect and analyze throughput metrics to generate actionable insights.
Act as liaison between customer operations and internal teams.
Help develop SOPs and playbooks for future deployments.
