Job summary

Locus Robotics builds AI-powered systems and autonomous robots that keep global supply chains running. This onsite role puts you at a customer site in Las Vegas, where you’ll troubleshoot, optimize workflows, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure robotic systems deliver peak performance.

Based on the customer location, you will monitor system health, analyze data, and contribute to product validation and continuous improvement, with a 9:00 AM–5:00 PM onsite schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, IE, or related technical field.
• 1+ years in warehouse operations, robotics, automation, or tech customer-facing roles.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including picking workflows, labor management, and productivity metrics.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware or software systems; fast learner.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite owner of the Locus robotic fleet, monitoring system health, robot activity, task execution, and workflows.
• Proactively manage and optimize workflows to meet throughput targets and KPIs.
• Perform onsite robot troubleshooting and repairs to maintain uptime.
• Conduct onsite testing, validation, and performance analysis to support product development.
• Support product validation with structured feedback on performance and edge cases.
• Compile and analyze throughput, UPH, lines per hour, utilization to generate insights.
• Liaise between customer operations and internal teams to communicate issues and priorities.
• Help develop SOPs, best practices, and playbooks for future deployments.
