Job summary

Matrix Design Group seeks a Test/Repair Technician for its RMA department. You will inspect, test, diagnose, and repair electronic assemblies and finished goods returned by customers, documenting findings and outcomes to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years in electronics testing, troubleshooting, or repair.
• Ability to read electrical schematics.
• Experience with test equipment for analysis.
• Soldering/de-soldering proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
