Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics or related field preferred; equivalent training considered.
• 3-5 years in electronics testing, troubleshooting, repair, manufacturing or related technical environment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, BOMs, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing, troubleshooting, repair, and validation of returned electronic assemblies and finished goods.
• Perform advanced diagnostics using schematics and test equipment.
• Determine repairability vs. scrap based on findings and guidelines.
• Disassemble/reassemble products to access internal components and verify operation.
• Document test results, root causes, actions, parts used, and disposition in systems.
