Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in revenue or sales operations.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
• Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI or a comparable BI tool.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for pipeline, forecasting, and margins.
• Analyze sales performance data and communicate findings to management.
• Support forecasting, territory planning, quota development, and reviews.
• Respond to ad hoc data and analysis requests from stakeholders.
• Serve as CRM business analyst including requirements gathering and UAT.
• Monitor CRM data quality and standardize fields across systems.
• Maintain Legisway contract data accuracy and report renewals.
• Identify insights on renewals, at-risk agreements, and pricing trends.
• Document KPI definitions and reporting logic; support IT integrations.
