Job summary

ePlus Technology, inc. seeks a Returns Analyst I to manage customer return requests, resolve post-shipment issues, and handle RMA-related tasks onsite in Sterling, VA. The role supports invoicing and order edits while coordinating with sales, vendors, and warehouse teams.

You will perform quarterly counts, process returns in the warehouse system, and drive issue resolution across departments with a proactive, detail-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• 4-year degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and manage customer return requests.
• Collaborate with manager, vendors and departments to resolve issues.
• Identify issues impacting processes and revenue and escalate as needed.
• Conduct quarterly inventory counts.
• Create purchase and sales orders to support invoicing.
• Coordinate with sales, vendors and customers on freight shipments.
• Process returns in the warehouse management system and handle physical goods.
• Research and resolve post-shipment issues such as short or lost shipments.
