Job summary

ePlus inc. is seeking a Returns Analyst I to handle difficult return issues and support post-shipment processes. The role requires on-site presence in Sterling, VA, Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm, with potential involvement in inventory management and order edits.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of customer service experience and a 4-year degree or equivalent. Strong communication, attention to detail and team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• 4-year degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and manage customer return requests.
• Coordinate with managers, vendors and customers to resolve issues.
• Identify issues impacting processes and revenue and elevate them.
• Conduct quarterly inventory counts.
• Create purchase orders and sales orders for invoicing.
