Qualifications

• Experience with warehousing, returns processing, or electronics/automotive products is preferred.
• Proficiency with inventory/order management systems such as Excel and QuickBooks.
• On-site in Riverside, CA, full-time schedule (Mon-Fri 7am–4pm).

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process customer returns; ensure items are logged correctly.
• Verify return documentation and match items to orders.
• Perform basic functional checks and update records in inventory/return systems.
• Communicate with customer service and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Support quality control initiatives and help identify recurring product issues.
