Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support to in-person customers, while building local client relationships and community presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador, engaging with the community and converting prospects into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers across simple to complex scenarios.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support to make taxes accessible and approachable.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine client care.
• Interact with customers in person and via Intuit’s video tools and address inquiries while guiding tax solutions.
