Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform in-person tax preparation, deliver tax advice, and support local marketing to grow your client base.

The role emphasizes building trusted relationships in the community, providing clear explanations, and helping customers achieve favorable outcomes while wearing a TurboTax uniform.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing federal/state returns using professional tax software.
• Ability to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships both in-person and via tools.
