Qualifications

• 3+ seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with 30+ returns per year.
• 3+ years of business tax preparation for 20+ clients per season.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws.
• Bookkeeping knowledge and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax professional ethics.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Advise on deductions, planning, and tax compliance using Intuit resources.
• Grow TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships in the local community.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping specialists for integrated services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-store.
