Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts to join TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, act as the primary client relationship owner, and leverage Intuit resources for comprehensive tax planning and software support.

Role emphasizes building local client bases, delivering personalized guidance, and representing TurboTax in the community.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation with ≥30 returns per year.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience advising on small business tax planning and returns.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses/certifications.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Develop tax planning and coordinate with bookkeeping/payroll when needed to support client needs.
• Grow TurboTax client base and establish long-term relationships through proactive outreach in the local community.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person at TurboTax retail locations.
