Intuit’s TurboTax Retail Expert position invites you to provide hands-on tax guidance and full-service preparation for consumer and business clients at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will own client relationships, deliver tax strategy and planning, and collaborate with a team to offer bookkeeping, payroll, and other Intuit services. This front-facing role emphasizes community engagement and exceptional service.

Formación

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season, using commercial tax software.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 returns per tax year, in a tax practice or retail setting.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience with Business Tax returns and tax planning for small businesses is highly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax consumer and business clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' financial picture and offer related Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver proactive tax guidance and support.
