Job summary

Intuit’s TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations seek motivated individuals for year-round Business Tax Expert roles, delivering full‑service tax preparation for consumers and business entities and acting as the primary client advisor onsite.

You'll collaborate with bookkeeping specialists as needed, grow the local TurboTax client base, and represent Intuit in the community while offering proactive tax strategy and software support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business tax return preparation for multiple clients.
• Experience with personal tax returns (30 per year) and business entities (S corps, partnerships).
• Ability to work onsite in TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and QuickBooks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients (consumer and business).
• Develop long-term client relationships and deliver tax strategy and planning guidance.
• Connect clients with complementary services such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a retail setting.
