Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations as year-round Business Tax Experts. You will handle full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities and provide expert tax guidance, planning, and software support.

You will work on-site, own the client relationship, and grow the local TurboTax client base with marketing support. A uniformed, front-facing role emphasizes community engagement and holistic tax advisory services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business tax return prep for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax prep, 30 returns per year.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping; QuickBooks ProAdvisor desired.
• Experience with business tax returns for small businesses.
• State licenses/certs may be required.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite retail work 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise—hand-on tax advice and tax prep services for TurboTax clients.
• Champion the Intuit ecosystem by recommending complementary services.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Engage with new prospects and nurture leads to long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts to make taxes approachable.
