Job summary

Intuit Inc. in the United States seeks a personable year-round Business Tax Expert to deliver full-service tax preparation for consumers and small business entities at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.

You will own client relationships and provide tax planning and advisory services, while leveraging Intuit resources to grow the local client base. The role is onsite in a TurboTax store, requires strong knowledge of tax laws, and may involve collaboration with bookkeeping and payroll

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal and state business tax return prep.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation, 30+ returns/year.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping; QuickBooks encouraged.
• Experience with tax planning and advisory services.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete tax prep for consumer and business clients.
• Develop long-term client relationships and cross-sell services.
• Offer tax planning guidance and use Intuit tools to maximize refunds.
• Interact onsite with customers in TurboTax Retail locations.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping/payroll specialists when needed.
