Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax prep for individuals and business entities, while acting as the primary client relationship owner and delivering proactive tax strategy and planning. You will collaborate with a team of bookkeeping specialists and leverage Intuit resources to grow the local TurboTax client base, build community presence, and support

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal and state business tax prep experience for 20+ clients per season
• 3 seasons of personal tax prep experience with 30+ returns per year
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for TurboTax consumer and business clients
• Develop deep understanding of clients' full financial picture to offer year-round guidance
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and marketing support
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in person at TurboTax locations
• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and nurture client relationships
